Waqf as an Islamic ruled socio-economic instrument which is able to give benefits from waqf assets to society in wide range. Nowadays, waqf had developed into many kinds of form, not just lands or buildings but also cash waqf. Meanwhile, today waqf hasa challenge to maintain productive assets from waqf assets in order to make sustainable social and economic benefits to society, instead of consumtively managed wayf. Nazhirs as managers of waqf assets must be creative and proactive in finding the best way to maintain productivity of waqf assets. This paper aimed to propose an idea of institutionalization of Education Institute of Nazhir in order to develop human reources of nazhir that amanah/trustworthy and professionally accepted. As the cash waqf is still growing, maintaing an institution to train good cash waqf's nazhirs is a good way to optimize the cash waqf role on society and also hopefuly may increase nazhirs' quality and society's reliance to nuzhirs.
