This study aims to determine the implementation of the management of endowments for education. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collected by depth interviews with officials of Yatim Mandiri Surabaya. The analysis technique used is explanatory analysis. The result showed that the implementation of the management of waqf for education is not maximized, therefore still limited to the purchase of land for the construction of school facilities and infrastructure. The role of endowments directly through increased infrastructure can dilihatdari provision of school facilities that are physical, which is given to the students to support teaching and learning activities.
